In consideration of acceptance for registration, I waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Nebraska Wesleyan University or its representatives or any damages that may be sustained and suffered by me or my child in connection with our association with this camp, and which may arise out of our traveling to, participating in, or returning from camps.
Media Release
As a participant or spectator at any Nebraska Wesleyan University Athletics event, I understand that minor athletes and their families or friends may be photographed or recorded in video, podcasts, or other media formats.
By signing below, I, on behalf of myself and the minor named below:
- Grant Nebraska Wesleyan University Athletics, its assignees, licensees, sponsors, television networks, and other media partners the exclusive right to photograph and/or record the minor.
- Authorize the use of the minor’s name, image, voice, and likeness in any media now known or developed in the future.
- Understand that these materials may be used for:
- Promoting the current event
- Advertising future Nebraska Wesleyan University Athletics events
- General marketing and promotional purposes
- Waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials.
- Acknowledge that Nebraska Wesleyan University Athletics and its partners are under no obligation to use the materials.
