Hello,
I am an intern therapist at Wesleyan University Counseling Services. I'm currently a 3rd-year doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I came to the US from South Korea in 2021 and live with my 3-year-old daughter and husband. I like traveling, reading, and having quality time with my family. I also love research and counseling. I am interested in studying the sociocultural context's role in mental health, especially through people's work and career experiences. In terms of clinical work, I use multicultural, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral perspectives when working with my clients, and I work with various topics, including adaptation issues, depression, anxiety, addiction, eating concerns, and family issues.
