Honors Academy Tuition and Payment

Tuition is $95 per credit hour. There are no additional fees or charges for textbooks or labs. See Self-Service to access your bill now.
Bills will be mailed on the 20th of each month after registration. Payment is due by the end of the course. Once you receive your bill in the mail, please pay with one of these payment options:
- Mail: Pay by check or money order made out to Nebraska Wesleyan University and mailed to NWU Business Office, 5000 St. Paul Ave., Lincoln, NE 68504
- Online: Using the form below, you may pay with a credit card or electronic check.
- Scholarships: Students demonstrating financial need may apply for an ACE (Accessing College Early) scholarship available through the Nebraska Coordinating Commission for Post-Secondary Education. Contact your high school counselor to complete the scholarship application as soon as possible. ACE scholarships are on a first-come/first-serve basis, and the student must be enrolled in the college course to be considered. For the 2024‐25 academic year, ACE will cover an unlimited number of courses. The ACE deadlines are December 15 for courses beginning in August or October, and May 15 for courses beginning in January or March.
- 100% of all Honors Academy tuition is reimbursed to students enrolling at Nebraska Wesleyan University as undergraduate students.

Online Payment
To make an online payment on your student’s account, complete the form below. Once you enter a dollar amount, you will be prompted to select the type of payment you want to make.
Your student’s ID number is the same as the account holder number on your bill.
Electronic check payments are free. A 3% processing fee will be added to all debit/credit card payments.
