Responsible Use of University Computers and Information Systems

In today’s dynamic cybersecurity landscape, a wide range of organizations—including universities, financial institutions, social media platforms, and other online services—are adopting strategic measures to reduce risk and safeguard user data.

1. Login to Okta
2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner and select "Settings".  You might have to enter your password again.
3. Now depending on what MFA you choose to setup, you will use one of the following.

Okta Verify

1. Install the Okta Verify app from your phones

• As a student as NWU, you are able to grant access to parents and guests to act on your account.

In order to access Mobility Print, you must be connected to Eduroam (you can find instructions to connect here).

PaperCut Mobility Print allows you to print to a PaperCut enabled printer on campus from your personal computer or mobile device using the built-in print menu.

At Nebraska Wesleyan University, we use Okta as our Identity Provider and Multi-Factor source.

Upon activating your account you will need to come up with a password that meets NWU’s information technology requirements.

Password requirements:
