PaperCut Mobility Print

In order to access Mobility Print, you must be connected to Eduroam (you can find instructions to connect here).

PaperCut Mobility Print allows you to print to a PaperCut enabled printer on campus from your personal computer or mobile device using the built-in print menu.

Just select the printer Follow Me Printing and release the print job from any PaperCut enabled Konica Minolta Copier or HP Printer on campus.

PaperCut Mobility Print is available for Mac and Windows Computers as well as mobile devices (phones and tablets) running either Android or iOS operating systems.

Download and Install Mobility Print

1. Navigate to the PaperCut Mobility Print Setup
2. Download the Mobility Print Printer Setup
   • Note for iOS users – You will need to select View in Desktop Mode to view and select Mobility Print Download
3. Follow the on-screen application installation instructions.
   • Note for iOS users – remember to follow step 2 – Install the profile in iOS Settings
4. Select the printer Follow Me Printing if prompted to do so.
5. Enter your NWU Email Address and Password (credentials) if prompted. 

Print using Mobility Print

1. On your device select “Print”
   • Android instructions
   • iOS instructions
   • Mac print instructions
   • Windows print instructions
2. Select the printer  Follow Me Printing from the printer selection menu.
3. Enter your NWU Email Address and Password (credentials) if prompted.
4. Your document(s) will be queued for printing, waiting for you to use your fob at one of the PaperCut printers
