CSIT scheduled maintenance announcement: Saturday, 8/1

CSIT has scheduled a maintenance operation for Saturday (8/1) on the NWU campus firewall. The firewall controls the handling of Internet traffic between the campus network and the Internet.
We will be using this maintenance windows to upgrade the firewall software. The upgrade process will step through two version upgrades and will require the firewall to restart at least twice. As the firewall is restarting, all traffic between the NWU campus network and the Internet will be interrupted. This will also impact anyone using the Fortinet VPN client.
We will begin the upgrade at 3:00pm on Saturday (8/1) and expect the entire process to be completed within 60 minutes. Thanks for your patience.
