Payment Options

Payment for tuition and fees is due by the end of the fifth school day of the semester for full-time students.

You have the option of paying your account in full or making monthly payments.

ACH Debit From Your Checking or Savings Account

Pay your tuition and fees electronically via ACH by going to Self-Service.  Select “Student Finance” under the Financial Information section.  From there you can view your current tuition statement under “Student Finance” by selecting “Account Summary”.  To set up a payment plan, click on “Online Payment/Payment Plan” under the “Student Finance” section and then click “Proceed to Processor”.  This will take you to the Nelnet Business Solutions page.  Click on the green “Set up a Payment Plan” button to begin.

To pay in full, click on “Account Summary”, and in the upper left-hand corner, click “Current or Previous Student Payment”.

Very Important!

If parents/guardians are logging in to Self-Service using the parent login, you will first need to have your student go to Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS) to activate their NBS account and give parents/guardians proxy access to NBS.  Parents/guardians will have two logins.  One for Self-Service and one for NBS.

Cash

Cash payments accepted in person only at the Business Office during office hours (Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5 p.m.).

Personal Check, Money Order/Bank Draft, Travelers Check

Make payable to: Nebraska Wesleyan University. Include the student's name and ID number on the check. Checks can be sent to:
