The staff at the Intersectionality Resource Center knows first hand that these are difficult times of adjustment, and we want to share these opportunities with you to connect online with other students for support, fun or to relax.

Women of Color Unwinding Wednesday- Join host Sierra Roseby for Women of Color Unwinding Wednesday. Each Wednesday at 12 p.m. CT on Zoom, Sierra will discuss a new topic relevant to women of color.

Mental Relaxation- Are you stressed out by COVID-19, moving home with family and transitioning to distance education? Join hosts Emily Steinbach and Madeline Almond Wednesdays at 5 p.m. CT to connect with other students who are feeling new and old stresses of life. Coloring Time- Are you lacking color in your life? Join host Rebecca Franzen for Coloring Time on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. CT on Zoom. This is a space to meet new people or hang out with old friends and de-stress by coloring. Bring your own paper coloring book or download a coloring app on your phone.

First Generation Fridays- Are you the first person in your family to attend college? If so, join First Generation Fridays at 1 p.m. CT for support, questions, study skills or conversations for the remainder of the semester.

LGBTQ Tea Time- Take time to connect and enjoy a cup of tea with host Madeline Almond on Fridays at 3 p.m. CT. Please email lalmond [at] nebrwesleyan.edu to access the Discord connection.
