Policy statement

The Registrar's Office creates and maintains an academic record for any student who attends NWU. It contains the following information:

Full legal name
Student Identification number
Transfer credit presented - college attended, semester and years of attendance, number of hours presented for transfer
Official transcript - NWU courses with credit hours, grades, and grade points
Majors, minors, and specializations
Degrees earned at NWU and date(s) awarded
Cumulative GPA upon graduation
