Title IX Training

Every year, Title IX Personnel, employees and students attend trainings related to sexual harassment and sexual misconduct prevention and response.

Trainings Attended by Title IX Personnel

Annual training for Title IX personnel includes, but is not limited to, how to conduct an investigation and all resolution processes including informal resolution where applicable, hearings, appeals, and how to serve impartially, including how to avoid prejudgment of the facts at issue, conflicts of interest, and bias.

Trainings Provided to NWU Students and Employees

Annual trainings for NWU Employees and Students include, but are not limited to, University and Community reporting options, confidential resources both on- and off-campus, the University’s resolution processes, and bystander intervention.
