All-State Workshop

Get a head start on your All-State audition prep and experience life in the Nebraska Wesleyan University Music Department. 

This two-day workshop is designed for high school students preparing for the Nebraska All-State auditions. You’ll work closely with NWU faculty and student mentors in sectionals, rehearsals, and individual practice sessions, all while connecting with other dedicated young musicians. 

During the workshop, you’ll:

• Learn and rehearse the All-State audition repertoire
• Work in sectionals and full ensemble rehearsals
• Gain guidance and feedback from NWU faculty and student leaders
• Perform in a relaxed end-of-workshop performance
• Participate in a special session with a guest composer/arranger 

This workshop offers a supportive and inspiring way to prepare for auditions and experience the energy of our musical community.
