While your student might be laser focused on classes and campus life, the hands-on work experiences they build now can open doors to exciting professional opportunities after graduation.
Here are some ways your student can build professional experiences right now.
Early November means it’s advising and registration season. This is when your student will meet with their advisor to discuss how things are going this fall and make a plan for their next semester at Nebraska Wesleyan.
At NWU, professors serve as advisors to guide and support students on their academic journey.
We’re strategically committed to “Internationalizing NWU.” It’s about making sure every Nebraska Wesleyan student can engage with the world through opportunities including in-person study abroad, virtual projects and “GLOCAL” programs.
Fall often brings more respiratory illness to campuses across the country. Now’s the perfect time for students to get their Influenza and Covid vaccines updated and restock their campus medicine chest.
It’s helpful for students to have a thermometer, Tylenol or ibuprofen, cold and allergy medications, cough drops and plenty of tissues and hand sanitizer.
