Transfer Admitted Students

Welcome to Nebraska Wesleyan University! This webpage is your resource for next steps, important dates and deadlines. We will update this webpage with new information to help guide you through the new student process.

Transfer Student Orientation will be held on Wednesday, August 16. More details will be shared once we are closer to the event.

The fall 2023 semester will begin on Monday, August 21, 2023.

Take these steps to confirm your place at NWU

  1. Submit your tuition deposit.
  2. Submit your housing requestEven those who qualify for an exemption and live off campus must submit this form.
  3. Complete your Transfer Student Advising Questionnaire. Your academic advisor will use this information to learn more about your interests and goals and aid in developing a first semester schedule.
  4. Complete your Modern Language Background Survey. The Modern Language Background Survey helps us determine the best language class for you. The survey asks questions about languages you speak or have studied, as well as your interest in continuing your language study at NWU. Every student must complete this survey, even if you’ve met the proficiency requirement and don’t plan to continue your language study at NWU.
  5. Submit all transcripts.
