NWU unveils new logos and branding at Snyder Arena

Nebraska Wesleyan University unveiled new logos and updated branding in a spirited Saturday afternoon on February 7 at Snyder Arena.
“Our brand refresh and updated logos honor the traditions that define Nebraska Wesleyan while embracing the evolution of who we’ve become,” said President Darrin Good. “They give us a clear and confident way to tell our story—one that reflects a campus community proudly moving forward.”
To help ring in the new system, NWU threw the Weary Center’s doors open for a pair of basketball games vs. Wartburg. All comers enjoyed free admission, chicken, popcorn, T-shirts and swag. A large and happy crowd embraced the new look as NWU basketball honored their seniors and celebrated Athletic Training Appreciation Day.
The new marks and “Built to Uphold” branding reflect Nebraska Wesleyan’s relentless commitment to our students. They speak to our unyielding effort to uphold the values and experiences that keep our community strong.
The P-Wolves showed that relentless commitment in the closing minutes of the men’s game. NWU recaptured the lead with 57 seconds left on a step-back three from Neal Mosser (’29), then protected it doggedly, holding on for a 75-72 win. (While our logos have changed a bit with the times, that relentless effort is the same as ever.)
