Nebraska Wesleyan University is among the best colleges and universities in the Midwest, according to The Princeton Review.
The New York City-based education services company selected Nebraska Wesleyan as one of 152 institutions it recommends in its "Best in the Midwest" section of its 2011 Best Colleges: Region by Region.
The Princeton Review based its selections on institutional data, visits to schools, opinions of faculty and staff, and recommendations from college counselors and advisors. Students also played a significant role in the honor. Students responded to an 80-question survey about their college experiences.
The 152 colleges that The Princeton Review chose for its "Best in the Midwest" are located in 12 states including Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
The Princeton Review does not rank the colleges selected for its 2011 Best Colleges: Region by Region list.
