America’s longest running touring company, National Players, will make a stop at Nebraska Wesleyan University to perform “Animal Farm.”

Now touring for its 64th consecutive year, National Players will bring its theatre ensemble to Lincoln for one performance of “Animal Farm” on Monday, November 5. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. in McDonald Theatre, located at 51st Street and Huntington Ave. Tickets are $10 for adults, $7.50 for seniors, and $5 for students.

The chilling and provocative fable follows the animals of Manor Farm where a revolution has broken out. The animals have claimed their independence, humans have been banished, and the new “Animal Farm” will be a beautiful egalitarian paradise. They can build their new utopia, but can they resist the corruption that led to the human’s downfall?

Tickets to the show can be purchased online at theatre.nebrwesleyan.edu or reserve tickets by calling the NWU box office at 402.465.2384.
