Nebraska Wesleyan is one of just 275 college nationwide to earn a spot on the 2026 Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Transfer Honor Roll.
The honor recognizes the dynamic pathways NWU has created to support community college transfer students, including college cost and financial aid, campus life for transfers, admission practices, and bachelor’s degree completion.
Inclusion in the honor roll is based on analysis from the National Student Clearinghouse and on data submitted through NWU’s profile on PTK Connect, Phi Theta Kappa’s online tool designed to help students find their best-fit colleges and pathways.
“This recognition is about much more than transfer agreements,” said Dr. Lynn Tincher-Ladner, President and CEO of Phi Theta Kappa. “Successful transfer happens when institutions intentionally design policies, practices, and campus cultures that help students thrive after they arrive. These colleges have demonstrated that transfer student success is not accidental. It is a strategic priority.”
This is the fourth consecutive year NWU has made the PTK Transfer Honor Roll.
