Associate Professor of Music John Spilker has been awarded the Kenneth R. Holder Fellowship for Instructional Improvement for 2020-2021.

The fellowship will provide Spilker with the opportunity to attend the three-part ChangeMaker Corps Conference at Prairie Oaks Institute in Minnesota. The conference focuses on adaptive leadership, which he plans to include in his teaching practices.
