Stationery
The university’s general stationery is appropriate for all written correspondence relating to NWU.
The university’s stationery is a free of charge resource available to you through the Mail Room in the lower level of Smith-Curtis.
The Mail Room carries an inventory of these stationery items to meet the demands of most events. For larger mailings, contact the Mail Room ahead of time to ensure an adequate supply.

Business Cards
Nebraska Wesleyan University provides free business cards to all university employees.
- Ordering Business Cards
You may order new business cards when you have depleted your supply. The Marketing and Communications Office places business card orders on or around the 25th of each month. A single order includes 250 business cards. Cards deliver within seven to 10 business days.
- To place an order, email Rebekah Brown at rbrown2 [at] nebrwesleyan.edu (rbrown2[at]nebrwesleyan[dot]edu).
- Include the following information exactly as you’d like it to appear on your business card:
- Name
- Official job title
- Office phone
- Email address
- Optional additional information may include:
- Home phone
- Cell phone
- Fax number

Giveaways
In your work with prospective students, donors or alumni, it’s often helpful to have some nice NWU-related “leave-behind” gifts. NWU bags, notebooks and pens are popular choices. The university keeps a small supply of these common items for distribution. We sell these items at or below cost for your convenience. Ordering Nametags
NWU employees can order permanent nametags, at a fixed price regardless of quantity, directly from Rixstine Recognition by following this process:
- What: NWU gold nametags with magnet backs. (If you prefer a pin back, indicate that when you order.)
- Who: Place orders only with Gai LaBudda at Rixstine Recognition: gai [at] rixstine.com (gai[at]rixstine[dot]com) or 531.500.9040.
- When: Submit your order anytime. Rixstine will process and mail orders once a week. If you want to pick up your nametag(s), indicate that when you order. Rixstine is located at 2350 O Street.
- Where: Rixstine will send all orders to the attention of Cindy Delaney in the NWU mailroom and she will distribute them to their new owners. If there are multiple tags in one order, the invoice will come to one of the order placers, and can then be routed to other departments.
- Cost: Magnet back nametags are $14.95 each; those with pin backs are $12.95 each.
