Teaching philosophy: 

I believe in the value of creating an invitational classroom. Students and the instructor shape the learning environment and have a responsibility to listen so others may speak and speak so others may listen.

Race Dialogues: I have collaborated with students and colleagues to design and facilitate dialogues intended to invite the NWU community to authentically engage issues of race bias.
