Capitol Hill Internship Program

Internships give you the opportunity to learn by experience and prove yourself in a professional setting.

The Capitol Hill Internship Program (CHIP) connects NWU students to an array of exciting Washington, D.C., internships in and out of government.

CHIP students:

  • live on Capitol Hill in apartments very close to most internship sites;
  • work in government and non-government offices through programs only found in Washington, D.C.; and
  • take classes and seminars to make the most of their internship experiences.

To apply for the program, complete the File CHIP Application and submit via email to Dr. Meghan Winchell at mwinchel [at] nebrwesleyan.edu. The application includes a nonrefundable $250 housing deposit due in OM 312.

See more information about the CHIP program on their website.
