We’re excited to share your student’s housing placement soon. Your student will receive an email shortly after July 4 with the following information:

  • residence hall and room assignment
  • roommate name and contact information
  • room and board contract link
  • Microchill and safe rental information
  • move-in information
  • other helpful links for room planning and packing

We’ll send this information to your student’s NWU email address after the holiday. In the meantime, we encourage you and your student to visit NWU’s housing page for additional information. Then “like” and follow our Instagram page (@NWUResEd) for updates throughout the summer.

Just a reminder… If your student has not yet submitted their housing form, June 15 is the due date for all housing preference forms and mutual roommate requests.

This deadline gives our office the time to make informed decisions about housing placements. Students who may require ADA-related accommodations for their housing should begin that process by June 15 as well.
