Our Residential Education team believes in the learning and personal growth that happen when our students live on campus. We’re working to ensure students can benefit from those shared living experiences this fall. And we’re creating additional health and safety measures to support our communities throughout the academic year.
We know it’s not easy, but we’ve appreciated your patience as we research and monitor CDC and regional health guidelines and policies, and evolve our own practices. We’ll have specific information to share with you soon.
We plan to send housing packets to new students the week of July 13. Until then, we’ll be hand-matching roommates based on information from their online housing preference form. It’s an exciting time for our office to get an introduction to our future residents and plan our communities for the year ahead.
As a reminder, students who may require an ADA-related housing accommodation should get in contact with NWU’s coordinator of services for students with disabilities, Sandy McBride. Her email address is smcbride [at] nebrwesleyan.edu.
In the meantime, please feel free to follow our social media accounts—@nwuresed on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter—and get to know our department a little better. We’re excited to meet you in August!
