SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE: Load balancer upgrade scheduled for Monday (5/13) at 7:00am

CSIT has schedule a maintenance operation for Monday (5/13) at 7:00am. The maintenance to be performed is a hardware upgrade to two devices called load balancers. As the name suggests, these devices serve to balance the demand for services between redundant servers filling several critical network and infrastructure roles. (Examples would include DHCP and DNS services, as well as servers supporting the administrative computing system.)
Beginning at 7:00am on Monday (5/13), the load balancers will be powered off, physically replaced and the new load balancers powered back up. Our expectation is that the total system down time will be about 15 minutes.
