I want to say, in all seriousness, that a great deal of harm is being done in the modern world by the belief in the virtuousness of work, and that the road to happiness and prosperity lies in an organized diminution of work.

- Betrand Russell, 1932

I'm a native Nebraskan who has taught students at colleges and universities in this state and in the Russian Federation. I live with my wife, daughter and a ferocious Russian cat. I enjoy road races and try to run them whenever possible.
