Sociology Adjuncts for Fall 2020 and Spring 2021
Status

The Sociology Department of Nebraska Wesleyan University is looking to recruit adjuncts to teach both introductory and elective courses in Sociology for the 2020-2021 school year in a face to face format with asynchronous online content that allows for accommodations due to COVID-19 related circumstances.  We offer small class sizes in a liberal arts environment with great colleagues.

Qualifications
  • A doctorate degree, or Master’s degree plus 18 completed credit hours towards a doctoral degree in Sociology or a related field is required
  • One-year of relevant teaching experience
  • Familiarity with Canvas course technology or similar LMS software is a plus
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and innovative teaching skills are required
