Background: 

I spent the first 20 years of my professional career as a clinical child and adolescent psychologist. While performing my responsibilities as a clinical psychologist, I taught as an adjunct in the clinical psychology and counseling psychology departments at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I began as an adjunct in the psychology department at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1989 and accepted a full-time position in the department in 1999.

1975 BA in Psychology, University of Nebrask-Lincoln

1980 MA in Counseling Psychology, University of Nebraska-Lincoln

1985 Ph.D in Psychological and Cultural Studies, University of Nebraska-Lincoln

1986-88 Post-Doctoral Externship, Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry
