Interpreter management and supervision in courtroom, law enforcement, and correctional settings, personnel assessment/evaluation, contracting/hiring of interpreters in a variety of language pairs, training and professional development of interpreters, coordination of interpreter assignments. Results oriented, decisive leader with proven success in management of a state Interpretation/Translation division, creation of administrative regulations that govern that division, and implementation of problem solving strategies. Proven track record of division growth, consistent performance of interpreters, and accomplishment of the division goals of legal accuracy and confidentiality.
