Background:

I have created a model of leadership and presented it demonstrating how each of the leadership theories (specifically transitional, transformational, traits, charismatic, situational, and functional) will have interconnecting aspects. Throughout this process it was discovered that there is not one true theory for leadership, but one leader will, in fact, will use different theories at any moment.

I have conducted primary research, as well as presented on how organizational behavior affects the cohesion of a team’s leadership. The research confirmed the importance of communicating the roles and expectations of each member of the group and that it is imperative to match people’s strengths to the task at hand allowing the whole group to function as one.

I have conducted primary and secondary research on cross generational conflicts within the business environment and how a team leader must address these differences.
