Background: 

I have been teaching accounting for over 15 years. After graduating with my Master's, I worked in public accounting. Then, in the early 90's, my husband and I joined the Peace Corps and served in Russia. I began teaching upon our return.

Teaching philosophy: 

Accounting can be intimidating for students. I try to make it more manageable by breaking it down into little pieces. Humor also helps.

I have authored four sets of PowerPoints to be used with accounting texts.
