Head Coach Bill Fagler

With two straight seasons of coming up one place short of the Great Plains Athletic Conference Tournament, the 2012 baseball team looks to turn things around this season. Head baseball coach Bill Fagler, entering his seventh season with the Prairie Wolves, went over 100 career victories last season.
Nebraska Wesleyan University had two baseball players named to the 2012 Capital One Academic All-America® College Division Baseball Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America.

Head Coach Cam Schuknecht, who begins his sixth season leading the NWU basketball program, is excited about the prospects of this team and will rely on the leadership of the returning starters and seniors to improve the Prairie Wolves record last season.
The Nebraska Wesleyan men’s basketball team received the No. 6 seed in the 2012 GPAC Tournament bracket. Nebraska Wesleyan University had three players recognized by the Great Plains Athletic Conference when the 2011-12 Men’s Basketball All-GPAC teams were announced.
Track and Field and Cross Country
Head Coach Ted Bulling

Dr. Ted Bulling is a six-time national coach of the year and has received Central Region honors 22 times from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Our nationally known coaching staff —Assistant coaches Scott Etherton (hurdles), Chris Baum (vertical jumps and multi-events), Ann Ringlein (distance), Kurt Nielsen (horizontal jumps), Derek Frese (throws), Dan Bulling (javelin), and Jason Peters (sprints)—form one of the largest, most experienced and talented coaching staffs in the country. Bulling also is currently serving as the President of the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), the first Division III coach to serve as the president of the association.
The Nebraska Wesleyan men's cross country team won the NCAA III Central Region Championship in 2011 to advance to the NCAA III Cross Country Championships for the 15th consecutive season. Nebraska Wesleyan University sent seven men to compete at the 2012 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Head Coach Brian Keller

The Nebraska Wesleyan University football team may have finished the 2011 season with a 5-5- overall record, but the Prairie Wolves were just a few key plays from finishing with seven victories and knocking on the door of the NAIA playoffs. Veteran head coach Brian Keller and the Prairie Wolves feel confident that 2012 is the season they can get back towards the top of the Great Plains Athletic Conference standings. Four NWU players were named to the All-GPAC First-Team in 2011.
Head Coach Brett Balak

NWU has won nine out of the eleven GPAC Championships and has qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships in eight straight seasons. In 2011 Brett Balak was named GPAC Coach-of-the-Year for the third straight season, and the fourth time in his career.
NWU has competed in 28 NCAA Championships, which ranks NWU in the Top 10 all-time in Div. III men’s golf. Nebraska Wesleyan University was one of 40 teams to earn a spot in the 2012 NCAA Division III Men's Golf National Championships. We also have a phenomenal golf course in Lincoln at the Firethorn Golf Club.
Head Coach Sean Steele

- .633 all-time conference winning percentage
- 28 players named First Team All-GPAC since 2000
Sean Steele begins his second full season at Nebraska Wesleyan University as the head coach of both the men’s and women’s soccer programs.
Three members of the Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s soccer team were named to the 2011 Great Plains Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer All-Conference.
Head Coach Rick Harley

- 49-12 conference record since 2004
- Attended NAIA Nationals in 2006 and 2009
Dr. Rick Harley is in his eighth season as the head tennis coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University. This past November, Harley was inducted into the Nebraska Tennis Association Hall of Fame for his work as the NWU head tennis coach and his individual success as a tennis player.
During the past seven years, the men and women have finished lower than second in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) standings just twice, won eight GPAC team titles, have a combined league mark of 89-14 and have been regulars at the NAIA National Tournament.
In 2012, Nebraska Wesleyan was defending Great Plains Athletic Conference tennis champions.
