Welcome to the Nebraska Interview Consortium!

The Nebraska Interview Consortium (NIC) provides a convenient linkage between employers and graduating students from ten of Nebraska's smaller four-year colleges and universities. With a single contact, employers can arrange interviews at a central location with students from all of the Consortium schools (a combined enrollment of approximately 18,000 full-time students and an average of 3,000 graduates annually!). It also puts the resumes of these students in a centralized database allowing for an expedient and efficient referral of candidates to employers.
