On Campus Recruiting
  • You may choose to interview on campus at either Nebraska Wesleyan University (Lincoln), the Bellevue University West Campus (Omaha), or Wayne State College (Wayne). We will provide a private, professional environment in which to conduct on-campus interviews. Local employers also have the option of interviewing at their own office.
  • We will notify all ten colleges/universities of your selected interview dates and collect the resumes of interested candidates. You will have the opportunity to review those resumes online and pre-select the candidates you would like to interview.
  • We will notify all selected candidates who will then go online to select an interview time. You are also welcome to notify students of their selection.
Online Resume Collection
  • We list information regarding your employment opportunity and the qualifications you are seeking on the NIC MonsterTRAK site for the timeframe you specify (ex: monthly, entire fall semester).
  • If interested, registered students and alumni can "drop" their resume to you.
  • You can access the resumes online at your leisure and conduct the remainder of the screening, interviewing and hiring process at your own site or arrange on-campus Interviews.
Resume Referral
  • We will query our database containing the resumes of students from all ten colleges/universities.
  • We will forward to you the resumes of candidates matching your criteria.
  • You will conduct the remainder of the screening, interviewing and hiring process at your
    own site.

    Job Vacancy Posting
  • We will notify all ten colleges/universities of positions you have available in your organization.
  • Students will contact you directly according to the instructions you provide.
