Nebraska Wesleyan University's commencement will be held Saturday, May 15. The following is a schedule of events:
12:15 p.m. — Master's candidates assemble for hooding ceremony, West Vestry, First United Methodist Church, 50th & St. Paul Ave.
1 p.m. — Hooding ceremony, sanctuary, First United Methodist Church, 50th & St. Paul Ave.
2 p.m. — Hooding ceremony reception, Fellowship Hall, First United Methodist Church
3:15 p.m. — All graduates, faculty and other baccalaureate participants assemble for Final Walk to baccalaureate, Snyder Arena, Weary Center
3:45 p.m. — Final Walk across campus
4 p.m. — Baccalaureate, sanctuary, First United Methodist Church
5 p.m. — Class picture, front steps, First United Methodist Church
5:45 p.m. — Line-up for commencement, Snyder Arena, Weary Center
6:30 p.m. — 121st Nebraska Wesleyan University Commencement, Taylor Commons
In case of hazardous weather, the Final Walk will be cancelled. Graduates and faculty will assemble in east half of Knight Field House of the Weary Center; commencement will be held in Snyder Arena with overflow seating in the west half of Knight Field House.
