Kappa Delta Pi Application Deadline

The application deadline for the education honorary, "Kappa Delta Pi", is Thursday, March 11, 4:00 PM. The initiation is April 18. You are encouraged to apply for membership if you are seeking certification in education and meet the requirements of KDPi (they are listed on the Education Bulletin Board in the hallway outside Smith-Curtis Rm 125).

The initial requirements include:

  • 3.50 cumulative GPA or higher
  • acceptance into the NWU Education program
  • completed at least 50 overall credit hours including at least 12 hours in education with academic standing as a sophomore, junior, or senior been at NWU for at least one semester
  • other elements are detailed on the KDPi Bulletin Board

*Application steps for a $500 scholarship are also posted.

If you joined KDPi in 2009, you need to annually renew your membership in order to be an active member.
