Elder Gallery Exhibit Features NWU Student Work

Nebraska Wesleyan University students will have their artwork featured in the next Elder Gallery exhibit.

The 2009 Juried Student Exhibition will be held December 1-18. Works from a variety of media will be displayed. Awards will be presented for “best in show,” “honorable mention,” and “faculty choice.”

Anne Pagel will be the juror for the exhibit. Pagel is the curatorial assistant for the Duncan Collection and a freelance writer for L Magazine. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Lux Center.

A reception will be held on Sunday, December 6 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Elder Gallery is located in Rogers Center for Fine Arts, 50th Street and Huntington Ave. Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.
