Final Cabaret Weekend Will Feature Music From Around The World
Nebraska Wesleyan University’s Theatre Department will perform its last weekend cabaret with music from around the world.
Performances will be held April 4-6 at 7:30 p.m. with a 2 p.m. matinee on April 6. All performances will be held in the Studio Theatre, located at 2710 N. 48th Street, two blocks west of campus. Free parking is available behind the building.
This cabaret features songs like “I Am Africa” from Book of Mormon; “We Are The World,” and “A New World” from Songs of a New World, and “The Gods Loved Nubia.”
Each performance is different in its combination of songs and stories.
General admission tickets are $5. Admission for an appetizer option on Saturday night is $10, which includes a reserved table, appetizers and desserts from different cultures. Tickets can be purchased at the door, reserved by calling the theatre box office at 402-465-2384, or order online at theatre.nebrwesleyan.edu.
