Nebraska Wesleyan University continues to be ranked the top liberal arts college in Nebraska, according to rankings announced by U.S. News & World Report.
The rankings, announced September 10, listed NWU among the top 248 liberal arts colleges in the nation, ranking 146th. NWU is the highest ranked liberal arts college in Nebraska.
U.S. News & World Report compares nearly 1,400 colleges and universities in the country. The colleges and universities are broken into categories that reflect the school's size and philosophy. U.S. News & World Report uses a variety of data for consideration including student-faculty ratio, graduation rate, retention rate, peer assessment, financial resources, among others.
