First of Seven New Theatre Cabaret Performances to Feature "Mixed Bag of Treats"
Nebraska Wesleyan University’s Theatre Department will kick off the first of seven weekends of cabaret performances, beginning Friday, October 21.
The first cabaret performances will use the theme “a mixed bag of treats” and will represent a variety of songs and styles from classical musical theatre to modern contemporary theatre. Treats will also be available for purchase. Every performance will be different. The first cabarets will be performed Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22 at 7:30 p.m.
All performances will be held in the Studio Theatre, located at 2710 N. 48th Street, just two blocks west of the NWU campus. Free parking is available behind the building. Admission is $5.
Other cabaret performances are scheduled for:
November 11-12, 7:30 p.m.
December 9, 10, 7:30 p.m.
February 10, 11, 7:30 p.m.
February 24, 25, 7:30 p.m.
March 9, 10, 7:30 p.m.
April 13, 14, 7:30 p.m.
