Commencement day is a work day for all full time staff members. Here are a few things to know:
CommencementStaffing Plan: To sign up for a commencement day task, please visit this link http://www.nebrwesleyan.edu/faculty-and-staff/commencement-staffing-plan and complete the form as prompted. (Note: You must first be logged in to the website in order to access this link.) If you have questions about commencement day or the tasks that are available, contact Rachelle Hadley at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are a site manager designated by Rachelle, you will not need to sign up on this site. If you have a conflict for working on commencement day, please get approval from your supervisor to be excused and have your supervisor contact Melanie Armstrong at email@example.com.
Food: There will be free boxed dinners for staff (at 5 p.m.) on Commencement Day. Please reserve your box dinner by signing up at this link. (Note: You must first be logged in to the website in order to access this link.) www.nebrwesleyan.edu/free-dinner Enter your name, choose a sandwich and submit your order.
Regalia: If you need academic regalia for your participation, please contact Colby Venema at firstname.lastname@example.org in the Prairie Wolves Bookstore by April 19.

Saturday, May 18
12:15 p.m. — Master’s candidates assemble for Hooding Ceremony, West Vestry, First United Methodist Church, 50th & St. Paul Ave.
1:00 p.m. — Hooding Ceremony—Sanctuary, First United Methodist Church (Master’s candidates, their families, faculty and staff)
2:00 p.m. — Hooding Ceremony Reception, Fellowship Hall, First United Methodist Church (Master’s candidates, their families, faculty and staff)
3:15 p.m. — All graduates, faculty & other Baccalaureate participants assemble for the Final Walk to Baccalaureate, Knight Field House, Weary Center
3:40 p.m. — Final Walk across campus
4:00 p.m. — Baccalaureate, Sanctuary, First United Methodist Church, 50th & St. Paul Ave.
5:00 p.m. — Class picture, front steps, First United Methodist Church
5:00 p.m. — Boxed dinners (pre-ordered), Taylor Commons
5:45 p.m. — Line-up for Commencement, All graduates and faculty assemble for Commencement, Knight Field House, Weary Center
6:30 p.m. — 124th Nebraska Wesleyan University Commencement, Taylor Commons (academic procession begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.)
8:30 p.m.— Robe return and alumni packet pick up, Knight Field House, Weary Center
