"A Night For Joan" Fundraiser Planned For Theatre Professor
On Monday, May 2, NWU theatre students will host a fundraiser to help defray medical costs of theatre professor Joan Korte.
Korte is recovering from a liver transplant received in April.
"A Night for Joan" will include a spaghetti dinner and a musical theatre cabaret performance. The dinner will be held in Enid Miller Theatre from 5 to 7:30 p.m. with the show following from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in McDonald Theatre. Tickets are $4 in advance and can be purchased at the theatre box office or $5 at the door.
