Join the Weary Center Fitness Blitz!

Starting February 14th, the Weary Center will be offering a number of fitness class opportunities for two separate 4-week sessions!

Any current, full-time NWU students (or faculty and staff) may attend by simply checking in at the Weary Center Front Desk with his/her University fob or ID. Users may come to as many classes as desired.

Aerobics Class (February 15 - March 10, April 5 - 28)
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
What Time: 5:15 pm - 6:15pm
Where: Weary Center Aerobics Room

Yoga Class (February 14 - March 7, April 4 - May 12)
When: Mondays
What Time: 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Where: Weary Center Aerobics Room

*Yoga class users are highly encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. A small number of "sit up" mats are available from the Circuit Room, however, those may not always be available. 

Zumba Class (February 16 - March 9, April 6 - 27)
When: Wednesdays
What Time: 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Where: Snyder Arena
