Willard Sorority Fundraiser to Help With Neuromuscular Disorder Research
A Nebraska Wesleyan University sorority will hold a “Down Under” fundraiser that will benefit the Friedrich’s Ataxia Research Alliance.
On Thursday, January 27, Willard Sorority will host “A Night Down Under,” which will include a meal catered by Outback Steakhouse. Tickets are $4 in advance from any Willard Sorority member and $5 at the door. The event will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Willard Sorority, located 51st Street and Madison Ave.
Proceeds will go toward research on Friedrich’s Ataxia, a life-shortening neuro-muscular disorder that is typically diagnosed in childhood.
