Nebraska Wesleyan University's residential facilities — with the exception of Centennial Hall, townhouses and apartments — will close for winter break.
All residence halls will close at 9 p.m. on Friday, December 17 and will reopen at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 17.
Winter break housing contracts were due Friday, December 10 at 5 p.m. Please contact the housing office, located on the first floor of Centennial Hall, if you are still in need of alternate housing over winter break.
Centennial Hall is available for any student needing housing between December 19-January 17. The suites will be available beginning December 27 at 1 p.m. Those intending to stay on campus during break are required to fill out a housing contract. The rate is $9 per night for Centennial Hall; $290 for the winter term to stay in the suites. Students who are required to live on campus for a NWU-related function (athletics, choir tour, etc.) are required to have their housing contract signed by your coach or group advisor.
The dining hall will also be closed during the winter break. The dining hall will close after meals on Friday, December 17 and will reopen for breakfast on Tuesday, January 18.
The townhouses, apartments, and theme houses will remain open for the entire break for those residents who will return for the spring semester. If you are a townhouse or apartment resident, please notify your RLC of your intention to stay there over break.
