Want to see your student's schedule or view the current tuition statement? With your student's permission, parents can have access to a variety of information.

Students may now grant a parent(s) access (inquiry-only) to WebAdvisor in order to view:

  • Current Tuition Statement
  • Financial Aid Award Letter
  • Grades
  • Grades/Course Listing
  • Schedule
  • W-2 Statement
  • 1098T Statement

To enter a parent, students go to Parent WebAdvisor Access (under Other Information). The parent will then receive an email with instructions to proceed. The student may, at any time, remove the parent access.

If students had previously given NWU permission to give parent financial or academic information, this is different and the student must complete Parent WebAdvisor Access in order for the parent to have direct WebAdvisor access.

FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) regulations prohibit Nebraska Wesleyan University from sharing information like grades, schedules and statements without the student's permission.
