Maintenance Request

Students, faculty and staff can request building repairs through this form. You don’t need to be present during repairs. And you shouldn’t leave doors unlocked for us.

Maintenance staff members have keys. They will leave a tag on the door to let you know what was fixed and when. They will also lock the door when they leave.

Include specifics: room numbers, bedroom numbers, which bathroom (left, right, first, etc.)

Include specifics: example - sink plugged, light out, air conditioner is not cooling
