 Purpose of the Human Resource Advisory Committee is:

• To advise the President on issues of interest to the President.
• To bring to the attention of Senior Administrators concerns of Administrative (Exempt) and Support (non-Exempt) Staff in the personnel areas of benefits, compensation, training etc...
• To review and give opinion on future changes to personnel policies, practices, and benefits.
• To serve on the Taskforce for Health Insurance Benefits..
