The purpose of the Human Resource Advisory Committee is:

To advise the President on issues of interest to the President.
To bring to the attention of Senior Administrators concerns of Faculty and Staff in the employee matters regarding benefits, compensation, training, and other employee matters.
To review and give opinion on future changes to personnel policies, practices, and benefits.
To review and make recommendation about C.O.R.E Award nominations and potential recipients.
To serve on the Taskforce for Health Insurance Benefits.
