wesleyan lecturer to address u.s.-china uncertain partnership
LINCOLN, Neb. —An expert on U.S. and China relations will speak at Nebraska Wesleyan University February 7 on the topic of “U.S. and China: Uncertain Partners in a Dangerous World.”
Minxin Pei is a senior associate and director of the China Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. His research focuses on democratization in developing countries, economic reform and governance in China, and U.S.-China relations.
Pei is the author of From Reform to Revolution: The Demise of Communism in China and the Soviet Union and China’s Trapped Transition: The Limits of Developmental Autocracy.
