wesleyan to perform american stage treasure, our town
LINCOLN, Neb. —The Pulitzer-Prize winning play Our Town will take the stage at Nebraska Wesleyan University beginning September 20.
Our Town is Thornton Wilder’s most renowned and performed play. Set at the turn of the 20th century, the play reveals the ordinary lives of the people in the small town of Grover’s Corners, New Hampshire.
Performances will be held September 20-22 and September 27-29 at 7:30 p.m. and at 2 p.m. on September 23rd and 30th. All performances will be held in Miller Theatre, located at 51st Street and Huntington Ave. in Lincoln. Admission is $10 for adults, $7.50 for students 12-18 years and senior citizens, and $5 for youth under 12 years. Tickets can be reserved by calling the box office at 402.465.2384.
